Introduction These proceedings contain the papers presented at Envisioning the Future of Interactive Health workshop, held in-person on April 27th in Yokohama (Japan), as part of ACM CHI 2025 conference. The workshop brought together researchers from academia and industry working at the intersection of Human–Computer Interaction, Medical Informatics, Health Informatics, and Digital Health, to share their work and prepare the launch of a SIGCHI-sponsored conference dedicated to the HCI and Health community. This volume consists of 68 accepted papers, which were lightly reviewed by workshop organisers to ensure pertinence to the workshop. Papers more directly reflecting on the future conference were pitched in the workshop as provocations (12 papers), while other contributions were presented as posters (56 papers). We thank the authors and conference organizing team for their efforts in making this event possible. For further details, visit the workshop website.
