Abstract

XXI asr — bu axborot texnologiyalari, global kommunikatsiya va media vositalarining misli ko‘rilmagan darajada rivojlangan asri bo‘lib, u jamiyatning barcha jabhalariga kuchli ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. Jahon miqyosidagi media va axborot makoni tobora murakkab, raqobatbardosh va tez o‘zgaruvchan muhitga aylangan. Bu muhitda milliy axborot tizimlarining o‘z o‘rnini topishi, mustaqil informatsion siyosat yuritishi dolzarb masalaga aylangan.
