MUSHAK QISQARISH MEXANIZMINING MORFOLOGIK ASOSLARI

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada mushak qisqarishining morfologik asoslarichuqur tahlil qilingan. Mushak tolalari tarkibidagi sarkomerlarning strukturaviytashkiloti, aktin va miozin filamentlari o‘zaro ta’sir mexanizmi, qisqarish jarayoniningmolekulyar asoslari batafsil bayon etilgan. Shuningdek, mushak qisqarishida ishtiroketuvchi yordamchi morfologik tuzilmalar — sarkoplazmatik retikulum, T-tubulalar,mitoxondriyalar va interkalar disklarning roli ilmiy asosda yoritilgan. Mushakqisqarishining morfologik mexanizmlarini o‘rganish, fiziologik va patologik holatlarnitushunishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etishi ta'kidlangan.
