Ushbu ishda probiotik mahsulotlar ishlab chiqarish texnologiyalari va ularning sanoatdagi amaliy ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Probiotiklar - inson va hayvon salomatligiga foydali taʼsir ko‘rsatadigan tirik mikroorganizmlar bo‘lib, ularning yetishtirilishi, saqlanishi va mahsulotlarga qo‘shilishi jarayonlari bayon etilgan. Asosiy eʼtibor probiotik mahsulotlarning oziq-ovqat, farmatsevtika, qishloq xo‘jaligi va kosmetika sanoatidagi qo‘llanilishiga qaratilgan. Ishda sanoatdagi mavjud muammolar va kelgusidagi rivojlanish istiqbollari ham yoritilgan. Probiotik mahsulotlarning sanoat biotexnologiyasidagi o‘rni va ularning sog‘liqni saqlashdagi ahamiyati ilmiy asosda ko‘rsatib berilgan.
