Ushbu tezisda Astragalus membranaceus o‘simligini mikroklonal ko‘paytirish usullari bo‘yicha olib borilgan tadqiqotlar natijalari keltirilgan. Maqsad – in vitro sharoitda sog‘lom va tez o‘suvchi o‘simliklarni ko‘paytirish uchun optimal sharoitlarni aniqlash va regeneratsiya jarayonini o‘rganishdan iborat. Eng samarali natijalar kallus hosil bo‘lishida 0.5 mg/L BAP + 0.2 mg/L NAA, novda regeneratsiyasida 1.0 mg/L BAP, va ildiz regeneratsiyasida 0.5 mg/L IAA gormonlari qo‘llanganda kuzatilganligi. Mikroklonal ko‘paytirish orqali genetik jihatdan bir xil va dorivor moddalarning yuqori kontsentratsiyasiga ega bo‘lgan o‘simliklarni yetishtirish imkoniyatini ko‘rsatadi.
