Abstract

UY VA SANOAT OB'EKTLARINING PORTLASH VA YONG'IN XAVFSIZLIGINI TA'MINLASH UCHUN KIMYOVIY SENSORLAR VA SIGNALIZATORLAR YARATISH Ibodova Sabrina Erkin qizi O’zbekiston-Finlandiya pedagogika instituti talabasi Erdanov Fazliddin Faxritdinovich O’zbekiston-Finlandiya pedagogika instituti o’qituvchisi Eshkobilova M.E Samarqand davlat tibbiyot universiteti dotsenti https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15315768 Annotatsiya: Mazkur maqolada sanoat va uy-joy ob'ektlarida portlash va yong‘in xavfsizligini ta'minlashda metan gazini sezgir va selektiv aniqlovchi kimyoviy sensorlar va signalizatorlar yaratish bo‘yicha olib borilgan tadqiqot natijalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot davomida termokatalitik va yarim o‘tkazgichli sensorlar asosida metan uchun yuqori sezuvchanlikka ega, selektiv va barqaror qurilmalar ishlab chiqildi. Metan konsentratsiyasi va sensor signali orasidagi to‘g‘ri proporsional bog‘lanish, yaratilgan TKS-1 sensorining H₂ va CO gazlariga nisbatan yuqori selektivligi tajriba orqali isbotlandi. Shuningdek, sensorlarning sezgirlik, tezkorlik, barqarorlik va haroratga bog‘liq xatolik darajalari o‘rganildi hamda metan konsentratsiyasini 0,1–5,0 % oralig‘ida aniqlash imkoniyati yaratildi. Kalit so‘zlar: metan, gaz sensori, termokatalitik sensor, yarim o‘tkazgichli sensor, signalizator, portlash xavfsizligi, selektivlik, zol-gel usuli, CH4, tabiiy gaz.
