Abstract

NGS data (Illumina NovaSeq 6000; 150PE; S4 flow cell; single lane) for the FltJA DOMEK experiment (library r.rec.8m8). Uploaded are the .fastq.gz datasets after merging paired-end read (R1/R2) files. Each file corresponds to DNA recovered from a single mRNA display pulldown. Plese refer to the accompanying manuscript for futher details. The file names map to individual experiments as follows: FT/E postfix: reacted/unreacted fraction dataset (FT: reacted, E: unreacted) cxxx: enzyme concentration. c000: 0 uM enzyme, c008: 0.08 uM, c080: 0.8 uM, and c800: 8 uM FltJA. txxx: reaction time. t0: 0 min reaction; t15: 15 min reaction, t90: 90 min reaction, t540: 540 min reaction. The dataset consists of 32 files in total. r_rec_8m8_v2_m.gz is an additional NGS sample for the naive r.rec.8m8 library (library pre-pulldown).
