This Zenodo repository contains all intermediate data needed to reproduce analyses in our manuscript, 'A data-driven approach to identifying and evaluating connectivity-based neural correlates of consciousness'. Please be sure to unzip the compressed folder 'data.zip' upon downloading. All analysis code can be found in the corresponding GitHub repository. All original data was obtained from the COGITATE Consortium as part of their open data release from their adversarial collaboration initiative.
