Comparación del ausentismo laboral en el sector salud Chile-Brasil, 2010-2020

Abstract

El ausentismo laboral médicamente justificado en el sector salud es de gran importancia en Chile y Brasil. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue realizar un estudio comparativo del ausentismo laboral por uso de licencias médicas de enfermedad curativa en el sector salud. En la metodología se analizaron 15 artículos de investigación y tesis, sobre ausentismo laboral en Chile y Brasil. Se analizaron y compararon estadísticamente las tasas de incapacidad (número de días de enfermedad por trabajador al año), la tasa de frecuencia (número de licencias médicas al año por trabajador) y la tasa de severidad (duración media de las licencias médicas). En base a los antecedentes analizados, se concluyó que no existen diferencias estadísticas entre las tasas: incapacidad, frecuencia y severidad en el ausentismo laboral entre Chile y Brasil, durante el periodo 2010-2020.
