Tamaños de muestra y su incidencia en la invarianza y propiedades psicométricas

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio consistió en analizar la incidencia que tienen diversos tamaños de muestra en los indicadores psicométricos así como en la invarianza configural y métrica, en la escala utilizada para medir el liderazgo de la mujer en la administración educativa. Está enmarcado en el enfoque cuantitativo de tipo explicativo. Los aportes de Arias (2008), Hernández (2014), Batista y Jordi (2004) y Gaskin (2016) permitieron conformar la fundamentación teórica que orientó la investigación. El estudio se hizo con 271 mujeres y 155 hombres de República Dominicana. Los indicadores psicométricos evidenciaron validez y confiabilidad en la información dada por mujeres y hombres; los índices de bondad de ajuste concuerdan con los sugerido por Gaskin para un buen ajuste: ΔCFI < 0.01; por tanto, se concluye que las mujeres y los hombres entendieron de igual manera el plantemiento de los ítems utilizados en cada una de las muestras integradas.
