Análisis multineutrosófico de las alteraciones musculoesqueléticas y orales en niños con patrones respiratorios disfuncionales

Abstract

La respiración bucal en niños está vinculada con alteraciones bucales y posturales que afectan el desarrollo craneofacial y musculoesquelético, al constituir comúnmente causada por obstrucciones respiratorias. Por ello, este estudio analizó la relación entre la respiración bucal y las alteraciones bucales en niños de 2 a 12 años, con el fin de entender sus implicaciones y proponer soluciones de diagnóstico y tratamiento temprano. Para ello, se revisaron estudios sobre esta relación en niños con respiración bucal y posturales, además del análisis multineutrosófico, así como de la precisión y aplicabilidad clínica de los métodos diagnósticos. Los resultados mostraron una alta prevalencia de maloclusiones y alteraciones posturales, al destacar la retracción mandibular, mordida cruzada y cambios en la lordosis cervical. Se concluyó que el diagnóstico y tratamiento temprano de la respiración bucal son esenciales para prevenir complicaciones craneofaciales y posturales, al sugerir una evaluación clínica integral para su manejo adecuado.
