Upscaling Subgroup Update

The presentation was given by Hongyang Cheng at the Working Group 1 Meeting of the COST network project "Action CA22132 - Open Network on DEM Simulations". The presentation contains a summary of what has been accomplished in the first grant period, discussion points on the results of a questionnaire sent before this WG1 meeting, and an outlook on the tasks of multi-scale methods in the next grant period (September 2025).
