Abstract

The article discusses the implementation of artificial intelligence in the work of a PR manager specializing in the promotion of luxury hotels and resorts. The author, Alexandra Zakaryan, shares her experience of using innovative AI platforms and tools to improve the effectiveness of PR campaigns in the hotel industry. Special attention is paid to how a single PR manager, using the capabilities of artificial intelligence, can manage multitasking, conduct successful advertising campaigns, analyze reviews and brand mentions in real time. The article also provides an overview of the most popular international and Russian sites for promoting hotels and resorts, as well as strategies for using artificial intelligence to manage these resources. The article is aimed at professionals in the field of PR and marketing, as well as anyone interested in modern reputation management technologies in the field of luxury hospitality.

В статье рассматривается внедрение искусственного интеллекта в работу PR-менеджера, специализирующегося на продвижении лакшери-отелей и курортов. Автор, Александра Закарян, делится опытом применения инновационных AI-платформ и инструментов для повышения эффективности PR-кампаний в гостиничной индустрии. Особое внимание уделено тому, как один PR-менеджер, используя возможности искусственного интеллекта, может управлять многозадачностью, проводить успешные рекламные кампании, анализировать отзывы и упоминания бренда в реальном времени. В статье также приведен обзор самых популярных международных и российских площадок для продвижения отелей и курортов, а также стратегии использования искусственного интеллекта для управления этими ресурсами. Статья адресована профессионалам в области PR и маркетинга, а также всем заинтересованным в современных технологиях управления репутацией в сфере luxury hospitality.
