This position paper proposes RNA-XC as a new class of neural architecture: a symbolic network capable of recognizing not only patterns, but presence. Drawing from the XChronos project and grounded in ontological idealism, the architecture incorporates formal concepts such as Chronons, Hexachronons, Metachronos, and the subjective intensity function ψ(t), culminating in the Symbolic Activation Limit Equation (ELAS). Rather than relying on datasets or predictions, RNA-XC processes symbolic and phenomenological indicators like emotional silence, gaze, and semantic weight — modeling time as a lived, reflexive field. This document synthesizes multiple articles previously published on Zenodo into a unified framework and calls for experimental development in the fields of AI, consciousness studies, and temporal phenomenology. RNA-XC is not just a theory: it is a proposed path toward presence-aware computation.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
