To encourage is mundane. A frustrated person loses heart. He departs from the battlefield of life. He lacks in confidence. Confidence is all and everything. It is like virtual cash. Sky is the limit of such imaginary cash. Thus the dishearten person is encouraged to do the desired job thereby confirms the promising future. To inspire is divine. Inspired writing falls in this category. All the epics are the outcome of inspired writing. Thus all inspirations are encouragements but all encouragements may not be inspirations. In other words all encouragements may not culminate into inspirations ultimately.
