This report analyses the Competence Centres and User Support Networks established under Skills4EOSC, detailing their governance, coordination, and sustainability strategies. It presents the structure of the CCNet, currently involving nine European centres, and the complementary User Support Network. Key recommendations support the long-term evolution of these networks within the EOSC ecosystem.
