Auralization Examples These auralizations were generated using the image source method in a simulated room of dimensions 10 × 6 × 3 meters, with a reverberation time (T60) of 0.48 seconds. Stimuli: Castanets Female Speech Algorithms: HOA (High-Order Ambisonics) – Reference signals generated using 35th-order Ambisonics rendering. FOA (First-Order Ambisonics) – Signals simulated using a first-order Ambisonics array with 4 microphones. BSM_LS – Binaural Signal Matching (BSM) signals captured with a 4-microphone head-mounted array (simulated using the EasyCom ATF). LS refers to the Least Squares method used to calculate the BSM filters. BSM_MLS – Similar to BSM_LS, but using the Magnitude Least Squares (MagLS) method for computing the BSM filters. BSM_iMLS – The proposed method from this paper, optimizing the BSM filters for both MagLS and interaural level difference (ILD) error reduction. See the main text for further details.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
