Abstract

Resumen: En estos materiales exploramos las estrategias para optimizar la interacción con ChatGPT, abarcando aspectos clave como la multimodalidad, la estructuración de respuestas y la detección de sesgos. Se presentan formatos de entrada y salida que mejoran la generación de contenido, desde texto plano hasta código estructurado en JSON, LaTeX o XML. Además, se detalla la configuración del sistema para personalizar el tono, la formalidad y la longitud de las respuestas. También se analizan las técnicas de prompting. Se identifican y corrigen sesgos tanto propios de la IA como inducidos por los usuarios, destacando la importancia de la reformulación de preguntas y la comparación de variantes mediante A/B Testing. Finalmente, se plantea un caso práctico integral que guía al usuario en la escritura estructurada de contenido, combinando párrafos, tablas y listas para una presentación óptima de la información.
