The study highlights the need for improved implementation, federal cooperation, and inclusive policies while identifying obstacles including bureaucratic inefficiency and corruption that impede the successful execution of programs. With suggestions to increase awareness, remove social barriers, improve governance, and encourage youth innovation to promote inclusive growth.
