</script>This research paper proposes a new cosmological model that critiques the concept of the universe originating from a zero point or a singularity smaller than an atom. While not rejecting the occurrence of the Big Bang, the paper challenges the idea that everything came from ‘nothing’. Instead, it introduces the ‘Cosmic Dark Ocean Model’, which suggests that the universe emerged from a pre-existing, cold, and dense ocean-like medium composed of primordial water. The model explains the abundance of hydrogen, the irregular cosmic expansion, and provides logical, physical, and philosophical reasoning supported by Quranic references.
