Aims of the paper: While surgery is an option for those failing conservative treatments of lumbar disc herniation (LDH), ozone therapy has emerged as an alternative. This prospective cohort study aimed to evaluate the impact of intradiscal ozone therapy (idO3T) on costs and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in patients awaiting LDH surgery.
