Abstract

A collection of 900 3D OCT images (10 kidneys X 3 tissue types per kidney X 30 3D images per tissue per kidney). 10 fresh porcine kidneys and exposed three renal tissues (i.e., cortex, medulla, and calyx) from each kidney for imaging using a forward-viewing OCT system.
