This publication presents a philosophical and ontotechnological response to the current crisis in intellectual property systems, as recently highlighted by Jack Dorsey. Rooted in the symbolic architecture of the XChronos OS, it proposes a shift from data-centered systems to experiential, time-conscious infrastructures. The work defends the licensing of symbolic systems under ethical and open principles, positioning subjective time and conscious presence as foundations for a new human–machine interaction paradigm.
