Abstract

Hesley Py analisa como o IBGE tem democratizado o acesso a dados geoespaciais, contribuindo para a formulação de políticas públicas e o apoio aos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS). O autor destaca o potencial da instituição como aliada às iniciativas que visam fortalecer a Ciência Aberta em prol da cidadania, do desenvolvimento humano e social.
