This story explores Teamwork—the ability to cooperate, contribute, and belong without losing your voice. The cubs are given a group challenge: build the tallest tower in the forest using sticks and stones. Too Little Bear insists on building alone. Too Much Bear blends into the group completely, afraid to speak up when he has a good idea. But Just Right Bear listens, lifts, and shares a small suggestion that steadies the whole tower—because real teamwork is built from shared strength, not silence or control.
