Sequences of selected human butyrophilin family of genes in CeD and control patients

Abstract

The following human butyrophilin genes were targeted using a custom Nonacus hybridization probe panel: BTN2A1, BTN2A2, BTN3A1, BTN3A2, BTN3A3, BTNL2, BTNL3, BTNL8, ERMAP, MOG. The cohort consisted of the following samples: Blood Duodenum Coeliac disease 40 (CB) 8 (CD) Control 38 (NB) 8 (ND) The samples were sequenced using Illumina MiSeq by the Department of Biochemistry, University of Cambridge . All patient samples were collected, stored and fully anonymised in line with the Human Tissue Act (England and Wales), 2004, with full ethical approval.
