Método neutrosófico para evaluar la ciberseguridad en la ciudad de Babahoyo

Abstract

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo desarrollar un Método neutrosófico para evaluar la ciberseguridad en la ciudad de Babahoyo. Se analizan los retos actuales en ciberseguridad, centrándose en la vulneración del derecho a la protección de datos personales y en las insuficientes medidas de seguridad existentes. Mediante métodos empíricos y teóricos, como la observación científica, medición y estudios de caso, se evalúa la situación actual de la ciberseguridad en la ciudad, resaltando la importancia de adoptar un enfoque integral que contemple los ciberataques sin desvirtuar el foco en la protección de la información. Los hallazgos evidencian una necesidad urgente de fortalecer la educación en ciberseguridad y de implementar políticas más efectivas que aseguren la protección de los datos personales de los ciudadanos. Se concluye que es vital mejorar la ciberseguridad en Babahoyo para garantizar la privacidad y salvaguardar la seguridad de los individuos en un entorno digital que evoluciona constantemente. Así, el desarrollo de un Método neutrosófico se presenta como una herramienta esencial para la evaluación y mejora continua de las prácticas de ciberseguridad en la región.
