Conference Proceedings: 2nd IAAND Virtual Conference

Abstract

The 2nd International Affiliate of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (IAAND) Virtual Conference was conducted over three separate days—April 2, 5, and 9, 2025—under the theme “Building Global Nutrition and Dietetics Workforce Capacity.” The conference served as a platform for global shared learning and professional exchange among nutrition and dietetics practitioners, educators, researchers, and leaders. Across the three-day virtual event, participants engaged with eight (8) high-impact lectures delivered by experts and attended two (2) hands-on workshops designed to foster practical skills and application. In addition, the conference featured four (4) scientific oral research presentations and a variety of static poster presentations showcasing original work aligned with the conference’s focus areas.
