Authors: Metz, Eva-Marie;

LPJ gridcell runs for Metz et al. 2025

Abstract

The data set contains gridcell runs of the Lund-Potsdam-Jena Earth Observation SIMulator (LPJ-EOSIM) vegetation model (Sitch et al 2003, Poulter et al 2011, Fischer-Femal et al 2025) for the locations of the used OzFlux stations in Metz et al. 2025. The following variables are included: daily rh, gpp, npp, precipitation, gT (temperature function used in LPJ), soil temperature, air temperature, soil moisture; monthly soil moisture; and annual litter and soil carbon. Please find more information on the data in the corresponding code (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15173479) and in the corresponding publication. Data Disclaimer: Please contact the authors of the corresponding publication prior to the data usage in any publication.
