Analyzing the Antencedents and Impact of Experience Satisfaction in the Use of Robotic Service in Indoenesia Restaurant

Abstract

Based on the Excel file provided, there are four sheets that contain important information about the research questionnaire data related to consumers' experience with the service robots “Bella” and “Ketty” at Reveuse Resto. The first sheet contains a recapitulation of respondent data based on gender and province of origin. For example, there are 135 male respondents, as well as several respondents from provinces such as Banten and Yogyakarta. This data is organized in a summary form but still has an untidy column naming format because it appears to come from the pivot table results. The second sheet presents similar information, but the focus is more on the distribution of respondents' cities of origin. Some of the cities mentioned include Bandung, West Bandung and Bantul, each with a different number of respondents. This data also takes the form of a recap and supports an understanding of the geographical distribution of participants in the study. The most important sheet is the “Summary” sheet which contains the complete data of each respondent. In this sheet, demographic information such as gender, age range, province, city of residence, employment status, and date of questionnaire completion are displayed. In addition, there are also respondents' responses to their experiences when served by service robots at Reveuse Resto. The responses are scored using a Likert scale (1-5) and cover various aspects such as impressions of the robot's capabilities, perceived service experience, overall satisfaction and impression, and intention to recommend or return to the restaurant. Finally, the fourth sheet (Sheet6) is the result of an advanced analysis that seems to use statistical approaches such as PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling). It contains information about factor loadings, reliability values (Cronbach Alpha and Composite Reliability), Average Variance Extracted (AVE), and Discriminant Validity based on the Fornell-Larcker method. This analysis shows the extent to which the research instruments used are valid and reliable in measuring respondents' perceptions and experiences of service robots.
