Abstract

Ushbu maqolada aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida qimmatli qog‘ozlar hisobini moliyaviyhisobotning xalqaro standartlari (MHXS) asosida yuritishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari ko‘ribchiqilgan. Xalqaro standartlarning shaffoflik, investitsion jozibadorlik va moliyaviy barqarorliknioshirishdagi o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston Respublikasida buxgalteriya hisobitizimini xalqaro standartlarga muvofiqlashtirish jarayonidagi tendensiyalar yoritilgan. Tadqiqotnatijalari aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarida qimmatli qog‘ozlar hisobini takomillashtirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalarishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
