Abstract

El presente trabajo estudia la evolución legislativa, el concepto, las clases, las técnicas de inteligencia artificial. Compara las actuaciones de las Instituciones europeas y españolas en relación a la inteligencia artificial. Estudia La ley 15/2022, integral para la igualdad de trato y no discriminación, las Administraciones de Asistencia Digital Integral (ADIS), las herramientas de asistencia virtual y simuladores de la Agencia Estatal Tributaria Española, Enuncia otras medidas del Plan Estratégico de la Agencia Tributaria 2020- 2023, Profundiza sobre la aplicación de la Carta de los Derechos Digitales
