
Abstract This dissertation presents a physical-philosophical model of the nature of time based on the RMB principle: Time is an emergent phenomenon arising from the relationship between space, matter, and motion. Building upon this thesis, the work argues that time is not only relational but also potentially manipulable through deliberate modification of its fundamental components. The study explores theoretical and experimental approaches to controlled time modulation, particularly in the context of high-energy plasma, rotating fields, and spatial density configurations.
