Data accompanying the paper "Steerable Anatomical Shape Synthesis with Implicit Neural Representations".This data repository contains: Thyroid meshes extracted from the TotalSegmentator dataset [1]. Presampled SDF values for these meshes A csv with precomputed volume, isthmus area and symmetry values for each mesh.
