Abstract

This repository includes the data for Meech et al. 2025: BOWIE-ALIGN: Sub-stellar metallicity and carbon depletion in the aligned TrES-4b with JWST NIRSpec transmission spectroscopy. It includes the following outputs: extraction_input_files The extraction input / config files for Tiberius, Eureka light_curves_and_models The white and spectroscopic transit light curves, including best fit models, for Tiberius and Eureka retrievals The retrieval results from POSEIDON and petitRADTRANS for both Tiberius and Eureka stage1_calibrated_image_files Calibrated rateints / gainscalestep .fits files after running stage 1 of Tiberius and Eureka stellar_spectra The stellar spectra from Tiberius and Eureka transmission_spectra The R=100 and R=400 transmission spectra from Tiberius and Eureka Each of the above can be downloaded as .tar.gz files. They can be unpacked in a terminal via: "$ tar -zxvf GCMs.tar.gz" and so on.
