
The aim of this report is to provide an overview of the work undertaken to better understand and improve computational reproducibility at Amsterdam University Medical Center. This work can be summarized according to two components: reproduction packages and community activities. Each of these are addressed in the following sections. The report then concludes with a summary and recommendations for actionable future activities.
