Abstract

CITATION: When using this dataset, please cite our publication:MemBrain v2: an end-to-end tool for the analysis of membranes in cryo-electron tomographydoi: https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.01.05.574336 DESCRIPTION: Training data used for training the MemBrain_seg_v10_alpha model. The data contains training patches from different sources. The patches were originally extracted with dimensions 160^3, and then all rescaled to a common voxel size of 10 Angstrom, resulting in differently sized patches.
