Datasets for ``Helicity effect on turbulent passive and active scalar diffusivities''

Abstract

This directory contains an index.html file with links to the run directories and idl plotting routines with secondary data for the other figures for the paper "Helicity effect on turbulent passive and active scalar diffusivities" by A. Brandenburg, Kapyla, Rogachevskii, & Yokoi. The directories A-G agree with the pair of run names in Tables 1-2 and the directories a-c agree with the pair of run names in Table 3. Each pair has data including error margins for runs with and without helicity. In addition, the BRK12-idl directory contains the file summary.dat wit data for the turbulent transport coefficients alp-|, alp||, gam, bet-|, bet||, del, kap-|, kap||, mu, gamc, kapc-|, kapc||, muc, for different values of the Coriolis number Co, the magnetic Reynolds number Rm, and the magnetic Prandtl number Pm from the paper by Brandenburg et al. (2012) quoted in Appendix A. If anything turns out to be incomplete, please email brandenb@nordita.org.
