Abstract

Zamonaviy arxitektura XXI asrda ulkan o‘zgarishlarga duch keldi. Yangi texnologiyalar, ekologik talablar va ijtimoiy ehtiyojlar natijasida arxitektura yanada funksional, energiya samarador va estetik jihatdan rivojlangan yo‘nalishga ega bo‘ldi. Bugungi kunda innovatsiyalar, texnologiyalar va ekologik barqarorlik arxitekturaning asosiy tamoyillariga aylangan. Zamonaviy arxitekturaning asosiy jihatlaridan biri – aqlli texnologiyalarni qo‘llashdir. Aqlli binolar sun’iy intellekt, avtomatlashtirilgan boshqaruv tizimlari va sensorli tizimlar orqali boshqariladi. Yorug‘lik, isitish, sovutish va xavfsizlik tizimlarini avtomatlashtirish natijasida energiya samaradorligi oshib, qulay yashash sharoitlari yaratiladi. Shuningdek, ushbu texnologiyalar inson hayotini soddalashtirish bilan birga, ekologik ta’sirni kamaytirishga yordam beradi.
