Presentation given at the ObsSea4Clim annual meeting, March 2025, Sopot. This session aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the RRR process, its application within WMO frameworks, and our collaborative efforts to enhance ocean-related observational systems. During the session, opportunities will be identified for individual scientists to engage directly or indirectly with GCOS (e.g., through national representatives or global coordination groups) and assess how effectively they support the RRR process. (This presentation is in PowerPoint format because it contains animations and layers).
