Fractal Resonance Cognition (FRC), a framework for complex systems analysis. This is the foundational paper, FRC-fundamentals.001-v1.0.0, introducing the FRC operator and its application to a 1D harmonic oscillator with a fractal potential, revealing self-similar resonant modes.
