Ética e inteligencia artificial en las organizaciones

Abstract

En las últimas décadas, la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) ha experimentado un crecimiento extraordinario creando diferentes versiones desde chatbot, redes neuronales, conducción autónoma, entre otras, que han transformado de manera abismal la vida de las personas, de la sociedad y las organizaciones. Sin embargo, esta tecnología emergente, trae consigo una serie de problemas como sesgos, transparencia en los algoritmos y preocupaciones sobre privacidad y seguridad de datos, etc., lo que hace imperativo adoptar una nueva ética responsable ante estos retos. En este sentido, esta investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la ética e inteligencia artificial en las organizaciones, estudiando los aportes de algunos filósofos como Gadamer, Habermas, Cortina, entre otros que pueden proporcionar una propuesta reflexiva para abordar las implicaciones éticas en el ámbito organizacional. La metodología utilizada es la hermenéutica filosófica, orientada a la interpretación y comprensión de textos y datos recopilados. Se concluye que, si bien la IA es una herramienta valiosa para optimizar procesos y reducir costos, también presenta riesgos que, sin una gestión adecuada, podrían afectar tanto el bienestar humano como el buen funcionamiento de las organizaciones. Por ello, resulta imprescindible desarrollar una ética que supere los límites convencionales y se nutra de enfoques como la teoría del discurso, el diálogo interdisciplinario, interculturalidad, entre otros.
