Tutorial Video for 3D Colocalization Analysis of Nitrergic Neurons in Human Gastric Muscles Using GA3 in NIS-Elements

Abstract

This video tutorial, presented by Nick M. Huynh (Mayo Clinic), demonstrates how to use General Analysis 3 (GA3) on NIS-Elements (version 6.02.01) to quantify cumulative fluorescence intensities and perform 3D colocalization analysis of hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha (HIF1A) within neuronal nitric oxide synthase 1 (NOS1)-positive nitrergic neurons in the tunica muscularis of a human gastric sleeve sample. The protocol includes steps for AI-based segmentation, background subtraction, and visualization of colocalized regions.
