This report presents the results of the FAIR Signposting project within KonsortSWD, aiming to improve the findability of research data through standardized link relations across digital resources. The report outlines implementation strategies, metadata alignment, and persistent identifier practices and provides real-world case studies from participating research data centers. It includes technical recommendations, validation outcomes, and a best practice guide for adopting FAIR Signposting in line with the FAIR principles.
KonsortSWD is funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) as part of the National Research Data Infrastructure Germany (Nationale Forschungsdateninfrastruktur, NFDI) under project number 442494171.
