ПРОГРЕССИРОВАНИЕ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТИ, ОСЛОЖНЕННОЙ МЕРЦАТЕЛЬНОЙ АРИТМИЕЙ

Abstract

В данной статье рассматривается прогрессирование хронической сердечной недостаточности (ХСН), осложнённой мерцательной аритмией. Описываются основные механизмы развития ХСН, её симптомы, причины и факторы риска. Особое внимание уделяется взаимосвязи между мерцательной аритмией и ухудшением гемодинамических показателей, что приводит к повышенному риску тромбообразования и развитию неблагоприятных осложнений, таких как ишемический инсульт. Рассматриваются классификация, диагностика и методы лечения мерцательной аритмии, включая медикаментозную терапию, электрическую кардиоверсию и радиочастотную аблацию. Также обсуждаются профилактические меры и прогноз заболевания.
