A Historical Overview of Indian Mathematics

Abstract

Indian Mathematics has a long and rich history, and it has made significant contributions to several Mathematical concepts that are now considered essential in modern Mathematics. From the early advances made in Vedic mathematics to the contributions of famous Mathematicians such as Aryabhata, Brahmagupta, and Srinivasa Ramanujan, Indian Mathematics has had a significant impact on global mathematical thought. This work investigates the significant contributions of Indian Mathematicians, their impact on worldwide Mathematics, and the legacy they have left
