Wrong is quite democratic by its nature and behaviour. It cares none. It bothers none. It is afraid of none. Rather everybody is afraid of it. To it rich or poor, educated or uneducated, literate or illiterate, talented or blunt, enlightened or dark-continent, wise or fool, aristocrat or down-trodden, bourgeois or proletariat, etc. are equal and at par. It levels all with its violent force irrespective of any status. Thus, people from all walks of life commit wrong.
