Data Set for Rapid Differentiation between Microplastic Particles Using Integrated Microwave Cytometry with 3D Electrodes

Abstract

Raw Data Files have the filename format: meas_plotter_XXX_uW#.txt : for microwave sensor output, where XXX designates the date stamp for each file, and # sign indicates the numbering for the files. meas_plotter_XXX_CC#.txt : for low-frequency (Coulter) sensor output, where XXX designates the the date stamp for each file, and # sign indicates the numbering for the files. These files have the txt format and generated by the electronic instruments (lock-in amplifiers) used in the experiments. -- Raw data files are resampled to have same time-series spacing and synced, these files are shown as B#.mat . These are MATLAB files and indicate time-series information merged from both microwave and low-frequency sources. These files are generated from the rawfiles by using the ReSampleSyncH.m script. -- After the analysis of the peaks, a Matlab workspace is generated for each dataset. These workspaces are designated as B#ALL.mat. The analysis script is Analyze.m -- After the analysis, the PlotterPSS_PE.m script is used to generate plots. Associated MATLAB workspace files are B#s.mat.
