Tool zur Herleitung eines impliziten deutschen CO2-Budgets aus dem Klimaschutzgesetz (KSG)

Mit diesem Tool kann aus dem Klimaschutzgesetz Deutschlands (KSG) unter Zugrundelegung bestimmter Annahmen ein implizites CO2-Budget abgeleitet werden. Dabei werden die Annahmen explizit gemacht und können vom Anwender auch anders gewählt werden. Im Tool ergibt sich ein implizites CO2-Budget für Deutschland ab 2020 von 7,9 Mrd. t. Die Ergebnisse werden in diesem Papier ausführlich dargestellt https://zenodo.org/doi/10.5281/zenodo.6535174. Das Tool enthält auch einen umfassenden Soll-Ist-Abgleich für die Emissionen nach 2019 (THG gesamt, KSG-Sektoren, LULUCF und ISA).
