Abstract

Executable software for phi computational adaptive optics (øCAO) and its documentation. For installation and how to use, please read the documentation (DocumentPhiCAO.pdf). System requirements: Windows (tested on 10 and 11) and MacOS (tested on "Sequoia" but older version should work). This software is packaged by pyinstaller and inclusdes python, numpy, scipy, pillow, wxpython, wxmplot, matplotlib, pyopengl, tifffile, nd2, czifile, oiffile, freeglut.
